To belong to JBCard.com you must be a resident of the UK, and be aged 18 or over. You will be allowed just the one account and we will only pay Cashback on one account per person, and payments will be made to registered JB Prepaid Cards.

In the event that an account is dormant for a period exceeding 12 months then we reserve the right to terminate that account. 

The JBCard.com Cashback scheme is for the sole use of individuals acting in their private capacity and is not for commercial purchases.

If we suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity we reserve the right to place an account on hold or suspend transactions.

Cashback rewards process

As a member of JBCard.com you will earn a percentage Cashback or cash reward from retailers displayed on our website. We will make every effort to ensure Cashback offers are correctly illustrated.

You must be logged into our site and use our links to the retailer’s site to be eligible for Cashback. 

Any goods or services ordered by you involve a contact made with the retailer and not with JBCard.com. This means that, if you have any complaints about what has been provided to you, or any delay in delivery to you, this must be followed up with the retailer and not JBCard.com.

You become eligible for Cashback when the retailer confirms the purchases and this is something which is determined entirely by the retailer. Depending on their returns policy this will normally be done within 30 days. However, some retailers may take upwards of 45-90 days. Where there is any exceptional delay on the part of the retailer, this is not something for which we are liable but we will do what we can to ensure your Cashback is made available with the minimum delay.

If the sale results in a refund or is cancelled the Cashback payment will not be made.

Where Cashback has been paid out to you, but the transaction has later been reversed by the retailer or cancelled by you for whatever reason, we reserve the right to deduct the Cashback amount from your JBCard.com account.

Tracking

Transactions are electronically tracked and reported back by the retailer. We can not be responsible if for any reasons retailers are not correctly reporting sales to us or reporting back at all. We will, however, use all reasonable endeavours to ensure correct reporting by retailers though we cannot accept liability if they fail to do so.

All retailers’ transactions are logged through the use of cookies. It is your responsibility to ensure that you turn your cookies on with your browser and to ensure that the security software on your computer does not block cookies. If you do not wish your cookies to be available to us, please advise us in writing at the address at the end of this document.

Cashback payment schedule

If the amount owing to you is more than £10, your Cashback payment will be paid to you 30 days in arrears. Accounts balances under this amount will be carried forward to the next month.

Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading then we will make every effort to recover your Cashback however we make no guarantees to payment until funds have been received from the retailer, their agents or any party acting on their behalf.

The content of this website and of the terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. We would advise you to make regular visits even if you are not intending to make a purchase.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of any of the third party websites that link from our website.

Disclaimers

We cannot be held responsible for any failure in the system of communication between customers and ourselves, of whatever type or for whatever cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. In any such case, the risk must remain entirely with the customer who is seeking to make use of the system.
